1. Can I track my order with the courier?
Due to the logistics of our operation it is not possible to track your order with the courier company. If you believe that your order is late then please contact us and we will be happy to help over the phone.

2. Can I have a timed delivery?
The courier companies that we use do not offer a timed delivery. Delivery is made 09:00 – 17:30 in most cases.

3. Can I have a Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery is only available for phone orders as we want to confirm stock availability. Saturday deliveries are before 12:00 in most cases.

4. The product I am looking for is not listed on your website can you still supply this?
The answer is most probably yes! Just use the online enquiry form in the Support Centre to let us know. We will source the product and add it to the site for you.

5. Where can I get some technical or product advice?
We have very knowledgeable staff here. Just give us a call/email us and we will do our best to answer your question. If we don’t know the answer, then we will find it for you.

6. I have lost my manual, installation disc etc…. where can I get a replacement?
All manufacturers have manuals and drivers that can be downloaded from their own sites. Just look for the downloads link. The web address is simply www.”manufacturer”.co.uk so for Xerox it would be www.xerox.co.uk. HP would be www.hp.co.uk, Epson would be www.epson.co.uk and so on.

7. The item that I have received is faulty what happens now?
If you believe that an item is faulty you must first call the manufacturer to get the fault diagnosed/confirmed. In most cases the manufacturer will provide instructions on how to get the problem fixed under your warranty. When the product is very new you may be advised to contact us for a replacement. You will be given a reference number that we must have before we can organise the delivery/collection.

8. I am in the education sector do you accept orders from us without credit cards?
Yes, we offer 30 day payment terms. You can pay by cheque or directly into our bank account. Details will be on the invoice. All we need for your first order is a fax or copy of your letter head. We can then create a user account so that you can order online. Our fax no. is 023 9262 3344.

9. Do you offer trade prices?
No, our prices are as low as they can go. Sorry!

10. Can my order be delivered to an alternative delivery address from the card address?
On your first order the delivery address must be the same as your registered card address for security reasons. If this is not possible then we will need a form of ID faxed over to us on 023 9262 3344. A card statement or rate bill should be sufficient. We ask that you enter your registered card address as the delivery address and use the Special Delivery Instructions box to tell us of your alternate delivery address. If you have any problems then just give us a call.

11. Do you dispatch outside the UK?
No, we do not deliver outside of the UK.

12. Can I come and have a look at the products you have to offer?
We are a mail order company only and therefore do not have a facility or shop front so sorry, you can’t come and see our products.

13. Can I come and collect my order?
No, we do not have any stock on the premises/

14. What does awaiting stock information mean? Do you have this in stock?
This means that we do not have them in stock and that we are waiting for confirmation of stock levels.

15. Do printers come with all the cables?
No! The manufacturers do not include the computer to printer cable (normally a USB, parallel or network cable). All other cables are provided though.

16. Does the printer come with inks/toner?
All printers (except HiTi photo printers) come with a starter set of supplies.
