Smart Printing Services (SPS) can save you an awful lot of time, effort and more importantly, money. SPS is proven to considerably reduce your printing costs by providing an all-inclusive service contract covering both the printer maintenance and all of the supplies (excluding paper). Unlike other contracts you are not committed to buy a set number of prints or toners every month. You only pay for what you use.

Several Smart Software Solutions are included to help you manage and control your print activities whether it’s a single unit or an entire fleet in multiple locations. Remote Monitoring enables HP to see and support your printer(s) themselves and it can be easily set so that your toners are delivered before they even run out!
