From individuals who need a professional, compact solution for printing, copying and scanning and with demanding workloads; fast double-sided printing, copying, multi-page scanning (to PC, e-mail and FTP) plus true-fax capabilities. OKI Printing Solutions has an MFP to suit these needs. All products in the range benefit from low running costs and include features such as an easily accessible front USB port for fl ash drives, allowing scanning to and printing from, and password security for access control.

Utility Suite

All the MFPs come with a range of software features to enable them to be used to their full potential: PaperPort® document management software allows easy access and management of archived scanned files; Template Manager simplifies in-house printing on media such as address labels by providing ready-made templates and automatic matching of media to the printer settings. While Ask OKI provides access to online advice dedicated to the product.

Tailor the products

The B4545 MFP has an optional duplex unit enabling double-sided printing and booklet production. For high volume continuous printing and media flexibility an extra 500 sheet paper tray can be added to either the B4525 MFP or B4545 MFP. The B2500 Series of MFPs have a wireless print option for greater flexibility.
