The Sharp MX1800 is supplied with a zero commitment quarterly print plan. You only pay for the number of pages that you print/copy. All consumables (excluding paper and staples) are included in the cost per page as well as an onsite service engineer should you require one. It’s a fixed cost too so there is no need to worry about how much toner you use:

The minimum term is only 1 year which eliminates any possible risk factor for you. A small admin charge of just £50 per quarter will be applied if we bill you for any less than £50 worth of printing. This fee reduces the more you print eg £30 worth of prints will result in a £20 admin charge. The admin charge is waived once you exceed £50 in any quarter.

Effortless colour network scanning - Improve workflow and make document distribution hassle-free by converting full-colour paper-based documents up to A3 in size into editable digital files. With the 100-sheet RSPF, the MX-1800N easily handles batch scans of mixed colour and black & white documents, as well as mixed size documents. You can send scanned files directly to a PC, an FTP server or even USB memory. What’s more, LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) support makes sending documents via e-mail even easier.
Versatile fax with choice of transmission - With the optional fax expansion kits, you can send faxes quickly and easily. Fax printed documents using the ultra-fast 33,600 bps Super G3 fax or save paper by faxing documents electronically using the PC-Fax/PC-Internet Fax function. The built-in duplex module can print incoming faxes onto both sides of the paper, further reducing costs.
Automated Fax Finishing - The MX-1800N eliminates the need to copy and staple received faxes by hand. Simply use the Fax Output setting on the LCD control panel to designate the number of copies and the output tray.
