This is a high yield re-inking ribbon which works with the following printers Lexmark 2480 / 81, 2490 / 91 printers. Two black, re-inking ribbons are offered for use with the Forms Printers 2400 series printers. The standard-yield re-inking ribbon has a built-in life-extending knob that darkens fading text and keeps printing crisp and sharp. Just change the knob setting from 1 to 2 for darker print. The high-yield, re-inking ribbon has an automatic process for this.
